Responsibilities

• Conduct and structure in-depth business case analysis based on client energy data, interpreting results intuitively and linking them to business opportunities.
• Drive the development, improvement, and quality assurance of our internal Python-based analysis tools and libraries, including sales notebooks and business modeling frameworks.
• Research and analyze market, industry, and technology trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align analysis tools and insights with business development goals.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deliver hands-on, quick, and impactful results, including client communication when required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in structuring complex problems and interpreting numerical data.
• Proficiency in both Excel and Python, with strong skills in pandas and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis and business case modeling.
• Ability to oversee and contribute to the development of larger Python codebases with a focus on best practices and design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude. 
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy, or business development, ideally in a technical or energy-related environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with GitHub workflows, version control, and collaborating on larger software codebases.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and code quality assurance.
• Familiarity with energy markets, renewable energy technologies, or sustainability initiatives.
• Previous experience in business development, consulting, or technical sales support.
• Passion for technology-driven business innovation.
